Never a disappointment, attention to detail is 100%. Accommodating and helpful and its genuine - not BS. So up the street there is a Ford dealership that states "Easy to deal with" as their motto this Harley Dealership is truly E A S Y to deal with. They make you feel comfortable and have most of all the answers, if they don't have an answer they will find out. Never a superior snotty attitude here like some other Harley dealers I have been to. "My name is Mike and I just could not go without posting a comment about my service department experience. I traveled to Myrtle beach for bike week and about 50 miles from my destination I had a flat rear tire. So the next morning I called and spoke with Jim in the service department and told him what type of tire I needed and he indicated that he did not sell that particular tire but he would try and find me one. Later that same day he called and said he had located a tire and did I still want it. I said definitely, he ordered tire and called me once it was in. I rode 15 miles to get to Beach House and he got me right in and put on the new tire in addition to giving some pointers on tire pressures and shock load pressures. I must say this is one of the best service departments I have dealt with in my entire Harley riding time. Thanks again to Beach House and there service department."
